The Housing Action Plan deadline is roughly six weeks away (July 2026). The Housing Committee met June 11 to continue its prioritization work. At least two HAP public input hearings are required before Council adoption — dates not yet announced. Council held its FY27 budget adoption meeting June 8; the new fiscal year begins July 1, the same day HB 631 (multifamily by right on commercial land) takes effect statewide.
